We intend to address the issue from three approaches, one is determined by the problems that arise in different areas of human life, which assumes that the substance of the problems significantly affects the way of face and solve; the second is offered by the various models developed for training in problem solving, paying special attention to solving moral problems; Finally, we must address the different methodological approaches that allow rigorous research on the problems and on the ability of humans to detect and resolve.
